- If you follow our recommendations and still fail the exam, you may contact us. You will have the option to:
- Exchange your study resource for another one or two;
- Or request a refund (if all conditions below are met).
Refunds Will Not Be Issued in the Following Cases
To maintain fairness and proper usage, refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- Mismatched exam subject: The exam you took must match the product you purchased.
- Email mismatch: The email used to request a refund must be the same as the one used during the original purchase.
- Insufficient study time: If you studied for less than two weeks, we cannot process a refund.
- Outdated materials: Our questions are regularly updated. Please confirm with us that you are using the latest version. Refunds are not available for outdated versions.
- Wrong product purchased: If you purchased the wrong product by mistake, we do not offer refunds. Please confirm your exam code and name before purchasing.
- Special products not eligible for refunds:For certain special products, such as pre-sales exams, refunds are not available. However, you may choose any two other exams as a replacement, free of charge.
